I have listed the priorities that I followed and that made me a clear winner.

The strategy that helped me to a great extent was. Connecting with the masses with a clear objective.

Guidelines for planning your strategy:

Divide and identify the Gram Panchyat and various villages that come under your constitution.

Assign a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for each village.

The SPOC's would have to identify the needs of their village.

Based on the SPOC's advise prepare your to do list.

Using the SPOC, identify important people in their village, who have the power of influencing voters.

Create a small working group for each village (people within their village) under the leadership of the SPOC.

Now the duty of each working group is to ensure that they meet the voters on a day to day basis and promote your agenda (Manifesto) to all the people in the village.

You should visit each and every household in a village along with the village working group and assure them your commitment to fulfill the requirements of the village.

NOTE: Do not mob the voters with large number of your followers, while visiting households. The more personal your interactions, the chances of connecting with them are great.

Attend all functions in any of the villages, even if you are not invited.

This would help you to score well.
